As social networking technology becomes more pervasive and starts to increasingly encroach upon your work time, then you’ll naturally need ways to disguise your time wastage 😉 . If you’re a Twitter addict and want to disguise your use of it when you’re at work then check out Spreadtweet. It’s a very basic Twitter client that runs within the Adobe AIR environment (therefore it’ll run on Mac OS-X and MS Windows). The clever bit is that it looks like an excel spreadsheet! You can get a version that looks like Mac Office, Office 2003 and Office 2007. It’s ingenious and simple. Your tweets appear as separate rows in the spreadsheet. From a distance no one can tell that you’re twittering 😉 . Awesome.
