After a hearty lunch the facilitators workshop continues. We all got asked to take our shoes off and come on stage and participate in a stage play acting and interaction sessions based on the classic Stanizlaski Technique, well known to actors and actresses. Many group and one-to-one sessions, imagination and alertness activities allowed the group to break down private barrier, look into each others eyes and get to bond with the team better. What a wonderfully organic and fluid way for complete strangers, which most of us are (or rather were) to get to know each other.

The rest of the afternoon is being spent looking in detail at the challenges and setup of the yatra. Train configuration, security, how to look after your cohort, how to encourage free thinking and how to prevent cliques forming.
